CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ: DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The deposit will be deducted from the total appointment cost. Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo or PayPal. A card on file must be placed when scheduling. RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS While deposits are non-refundable, there is a one-time deposit transfer policy for rescheduling when given a 72 hours’ notice. We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than a 72 hours' notice, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to providing excellent service. Thank you. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS If there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, deposit will be forfeited and the full cost of service(s) must be paid in full to re-book. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly. LATE ARRIVALS: We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in having to reschedule your appointment with forfeiture of deposit. A new deposit will be required to book, and the full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply. GUESTS: Please, no extra guests unless approved otherwise.
