Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
We appreciate your understanding and support! To ensure we provide you with the highest quality service, we allocate 2 to 4 hours for each appointment. Our booking policies are in place to respect the time and preparation set aside for every client, allowing us to focus fully on your needs. Thank you for helping us maintain this standard.
Deposits and Cancellation Policies:
• A valid card and a non-refundable deposit are required at booking.
• Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is needed for future bookings.
• One reschedule is allowed if requested more than 48 hours in advance. After that, the deposit is non-transferable. Reschedule requests without a confirmed date within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment and no-shows will incur a charge of 30% of the total service cost.
Guests:
To maintain a calm and safe environment, no extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance.
